One of the biggest draw-cards that attracts people to visit and stay in Fairlight is its proximity to Manly. Fairlight is a short 15-minute walk from Manly and an even shorter three-minute drive. It is more affordable and much quieter than Manly, yet Manly is still very accessible. At Fairlight, you’re close to both Sydney CBD and the beaches – it’s a win-win

Fairlight Beach

Fairlight Beach is an easily accessible 80-metre long beach that is very popular with the locals. It features a rockpool and is a favourite spot for swimming, snorkelling freediving and paddleboarding. It’s also a great spot to sit back on the grassy-hill and enjoy the views across the heads to Sydney Harbour.

At Fairlight Beach, you will also find the Fairlight Rockpool, which is the top tourist attraction in the area. It is located at the eastern end of Fairlight Beach and also features a small paddling pool which attracts many young children.

The Fairlight Rockpool is a great place to spend a morning or afternoon and is nowhere near as busy as the Fairy Bower Sea Pool in Manly.
