List with Beach Stays
We offer short-term and mid-term stay property management across Sydney’s Northern Beaches, neighbouring suburbs, and, in conjunction with the Private Property Collection, a range of selected beaches across Australia.
The beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney offers investors a diverse range of property options within a remarkable section of coastline, only an hour from the CBD. Its also a dream destination for special occasions, specifically weddings, reunions with large groups of family and friends, and a sought after hub for hosting conferences and events in a relaxing, postcard-pretty setting.
There are three options regarding your investment property.
- Full Time Short-Term
This option is for full time availability of the property for a minimum 10-months over a 12-month period. - Flexible Short-Term
This option is for owners who wish to open up their houses or apartments for bookings at certain times of the year for a minimum of 5 weeks over a 12-month period. - Mid-Term Stays
Mid-terms stays are usually anything between 30 to 90 days or longer. Rates for mid term stays can vary depending on the length of stay, but are lower than what you would expect from short-term stays.
