Northern Beaches Holiday Management

Beach Stays has been providing holiday rental property management services to Sydney’s Northern Beaches for over 15 years, and has grown to become the leading short and mid-term management service for holiday rentals in the area.

Beach Stays service is custom tailored to assure a premium end-to-end experience for both our clients and our holiday guests. We ensure the presentation and maintenance of your home, manage the property listing and bookings through our own dedicated website and across third party booking platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com. In addition we also facilitate all guest communication and services, are on hand 365 days a year to attend to any issues that may arise, and look after guest departures and post-stay care. We choose not to handle full term leases, solely focusing on short-term rentals, allowing us to utilise our market knowledge and years of experience to deliver bookings and rental returns.

The team at Beach Stays are locals that live on the Beaches, and have often grown up here so know the area inside out. Having a team onsite allows us to be hands on with our approach to property management, ensuring no stone is left unturned.

More broadly, Beach Stays forms part of a broader network of boutique holiday rental experts, which sit under the parent company Private Property Group. Our owner, Robert Jeffress has served an extended period of time as the chairman of ASTRA (Australian Short Term Rental Association), which is the industry body representing owners, agents, managers, and hosts of short-term rental properties across Australia.

Thanks to the wonderful Beach Stays team for a tremendous experience of short-term rental with my property at Mona Vale. Since being listed, the 2-bedroom unit on the beach has been solidly booked from mid-January until mid-April. I was so impressed with the team’s careful and professional attention to detail, such as locating excellent guests who liked, appreciated, and respected my unit. The team is very careful to vet and select guests that would feel most comfortable in each property. With Beach Stays I was impressed and thankful to also have the benefit of professional cleaners who arrived before and after the guests so the beds were prepared as for a 5-star hotel.
