Newport Surf Break is a superb 5 bedroom family holiday house that can sleep up to 12 people and is just metres from Newport Beach and Newport village where you can have access to restaurants, bars, supermarkets and coffee shops.
There are very few places on the Northern Beaches that can cater for all family types, this house is one of them. It has flat level access from the driveway and the main level is the central hub of the house.
As you open the front door, you are immediately welcomed into a fantastic open plan living Dining Kitchen area that flows out onto the front balcony with the best views in Newport, which is perfect for relaxing, reading a book and watching the whales when it is whale season. On this level we boast a seperate TV room, the master bedroom with stunning ensuite and a a second queen bedroom with ensuite. The master bedroom and TV room open out onto the outside terrace which is perfect for outdoor entertaining and bbq dinners.
On the lower level of the house, you are greeted by another lounge room with a tv, full kitchen and two bedrooms. The stackable doors open to a balcony and grassed area that is private and perfect for the kids to play games. This lower area is really perfect for two adults and two kids, as there is a set of bunks in the first bedroom that leads into the queen bed in the second bedroom. There is a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet on this level also.
For the teenagers and children - There is a brilliant separate cabana equipped with a 3rd living area and a double bunk room with 4 single beds. The teenagers/kids love it as they can retreat to their own space, watch tv, play games, and sleep. This cabana has its own bathroom and even a small kitchenette with extra kitchen facilities if required.
Newport Surf Break is a brilliant house and it comes with everything that you need for a perfect family holiday. It is private and set back from the beach with the most amazing views. It is the perfect getaway for the summer holidays.
