This lovely bright and airy 2 bedroom unit is a perfect coastal retreat getaway set only 5 minutes walk from Avalon Beach beach, local cafes and restaurants.

This gorgeous little apartment has two rooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed. It has a separate lounge area, a full kitchen with a cute garden area that is fully fenced.

This apartment has been thoughtfully designed from its interiors through to exteriors. It is set back from Bareena House but has its own access and is very private. There is a lovely garden area that is grassed and includes a Webber BQQ and seating.

Cafes and shops are all within easy reach along with picture-perfect beaches, parks and walking trails.

One small pet maybe available on request .There is a pet fee charge of fifty dollars for the stay.

Guest Registration / ID Check : Beach Stays requires every guest to complete and sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for photo ID i.e. a copy of your Drivers Licence or Passport. The primary booker will also be required to complete a list with the guests names and actual mobile numbers. In the event we are unable to reach the primary booker, it is very important we can get a hold of other guests. These documents will be deleted after your departure. Access Codes are only released to Registered and Verified Guests.

Check-in is made super easy with Beach Stays – we will provide access codes via text and email just prior to our standard arrival time.
