This beautiful three bedroom Avalon Beach house is tucked away in the gum tress of Avalon, surrounded by the amazing wild life and flora of the Northern Beaches, just minutes from Avalon beach.

It has three lovely bedrooms, a king (or two king singles) a queen and a double. It boasts a bathroom upstairs and a toilet powder room in the laundry downstairs.

The garden is fantastic and has an amazing timber cubby ready for hours of fun for the kids. Avalon Beach is a surfing beach and has a 25-metre salt water rock pool at the south end. The Village has been called a little Byron Bay and has some great shops to browse through and a plethora of cafe's and great places for dinner. There's a cinema, several bars and supermarkets.
