Club Cliff is a unique architect designed home on 3 levels. . On level one are 2 bedrooms, an office with single bed available, bathroom, laundry . All rooms open onto either a private verandah or the rear fenced garden which is heaven to sit in during the heat of summer and sip delicious cool drinks. From the front hall with its beautiful wooden floors the stairs invite you up to the second level.
This is the living level, where fun, laughter and good food thrive! So this level is unique in that it goes from a cool enclosed rear verandah with lounge and Barbeque and concertina glass doors that connect the space with the kitchen. From the kitchen the stairs from the font door arrive into the dining area which merges to the living room with fireplace and then a second set of folding glass doors connect the whole space with the sun soaked front verandah with chairs, table, sun lounge and umbrella. Its a great space to linger over sunset drinks. All is private and belongs to the house. From level two you then climb the stairs to the attic bedroom and bathroom which also has its own very private verandah
Club Cliff is located 300 metres from Manly beach and its legendary surf breaks. its also about 500 metres you go east, from The Bower on the walk way between Manly Beach and Shelly Beach which is not a surf beach, very unusual for an ocean beach. The area between Manly and Shelly Beach is a marine park and the snorkelling is amazing. It's also a daily swim to swim from Manly to Shelly, only if you are a strong swimmer though. If you head west from the house you will be about 500 metres from Manly Wharf, ferry to the city and Manly Cove beach which is a non surf harbour beach.
