Our flexi-letting approach takes into consideration the 90 night limit imposed by the NSW letting legislation, while also providing the flexibility to adjust nights based on availability. These longer term stays are considered to range from four weeks to six months, which offer an ideal balance between short-term and long-term stays and can drive revenue in the off season. To assist to maximum rental yield, our management fee is offered on a sliding scale based on the length of stay.
