Welcome to Manly Seaside Cottage
Start the day with a short 1 minute stroll to the beach-side from this stunning renovated Victorian cottage. Boasting four spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, open plan kitchen and dining, it is perfect for your stay in Manly. Open the bi-fold doors and cook up a storm for a leisurely alfresco dinner in the evening light, then relax with a soak in the high-end marble bathroom.
Manly Seaside cottage has two sitting areas, air-conditioning, a fireplace, and off street parking. Walk to all the cafes and restaurants in minutes and a short 5 minute walk to the ferry to head into the city. Bookings for Children under 5 will be strictly not accepted.
The entire home is available for your exclusive use.
Manly is a busy tourist location so please be aware all day street parking is available but at peak times is at a premium, we do have a parking sticker that allows you to park for your stay wth us. However if you do not have a car there are many other available means of transport if arriving from the airport include taxi, Uber or direct train to Circular Quay and then ferry to Manly, all of these options are quicker than driving and a wonderful way to start your holiday. A 5 mins flat easy walk from the ferry will see you at the cottage and another 100m will see you sitting on the beach. All in less than 1hr.
Please note
Guest Registration / ID Check : Beach Stays requires every guest to complete and sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for photo ID i.e. a copy of your Drivers Licence or Passport. The primary booker will also be required to complete a list with the guests names and actual mobile numbers. In the event we are unable to reach the primary guest it is very important we can get a hold of other guests. These documents will be deleted after your departure. Access Codes are only released to Registered and Verified Guests.
Check-in is made super easy with Beach Stays – we will provide access codes via text and email just prior to our standard arrival time.

Loved This House 10/10!

A group of 5 on a girls 4-day weekend - we absolutely LOVED this house and the location was 10/10+ - everything was within walking distance - the beach, cafes/bars, shops, Manly wharf. The house was immaculate - beautifully presented and so clean. We could not fault this property and the entire booking experience was smooth, responsive and friendly. A weekend to remember - Thank You!

The proximity to everything- especially the way we could wake up and walk to the surf in bare feet and be in the water in under a minute then home for a cup of coffee to begin the day! Nona LaValley | 20th June 2023Loved our stay here in Manly! We arrived early in the morning, but they allowed us to store our bags until check in. Beach Stays was super responsive and even let us check in an hour early. We were able to explore the beach & town without lugging our bags around. Detailed instructions about getting in the house were given & we had no trouble upon entry. The house was a quick 3 minute walk to the beach & a 5 to 10 min walk to restaurants & shopping. Stayed Feb 2023.
