Boathouse is light an airy and can accommodate up to four guests featuring one bedroom (Queen bed) as well as a top quality sofa bed (queen bed with a fully sprung mattress) in lounge.

A well equipped kitchenette & private bathroom compliment the resort feel of the apartment. The apartment is air-conditioned and also offers unlimited WiFi. Laundry facilities are available onsite. Quality linen and towels are provided. Dunes. Governor Philip Park has a great kids playground and is only minutes way. The Boathouse boasts a North west aspect with afternoon sun on a private balcony. The Iluka Apartments also offer a great swimming pool and a large barbeque area for apartment guests to enjoy.
