Spot frolicking dolphins and migrating whales from the deck as you relax in the sun. A holiday home where the beach is at your doorstep, the views stretch forever and where one day melts into the next.

Featuring relaxed chic furnishings and fittings throughout. The home is set over a single level. It has four bedrooms, 3 with Queen beds and the 4th with 2 x Single beds. The master bedroom boasts magical views of the ocean framed by a wall of glass windows on the Eastern side of the room.

The gourmet kitchen is integrated into the main living and entertaining area and is fully equipped and fitted with quality stainless steel cook top, under bench oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and a breakfast bar.

Immediately adjacent to the kitchen is the dining and main living area with spectacular ocean views, comprising a eight seater timber dining setting, two stylish couches, occasional arm chairs as wall mounted flat screen TV. The large timber deck is immediately located off the living area and boasts a large timber outdoor setting, gas BBQ and twin Adirondack Chairs with occasional table which make outdoor entertaining enjoyable and uncomplicated.

A favourite feature of the property - for the young and young at heart - is an in-ground Olympic grade trampoline with knock-out views.

There are two bathrooms, one with separate bath, shower, vanity and toilet and a second shower and toilet is located in the laundry.

Additional features includes front and rear gardens, kids timber swing set.

Notes:

1. Due to the stairs leading from the road to the house, this property is not suitable if access via stairs is an issue.
2. This home is ideal for entertaining with family and friends, however due to its proximity to others, large functions or parties are strictly prohibited.

Guest Registration / ID Check : Beach Stays requires every guest to complete and sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for photo ID i.e. a copy of your Drivers Licence or Passport. The primary booker will also be required to complete a list with the guests names and actual mobile numbers. In the event we are unable to reach the primary booker, it is very important we can get a hold of other guests. These documents will be deleted after your departure. Access Codes are only released to Registered and Verified Guests.
